Cover insulation, heat pumps, solar PV, and heating controls for homes occupied before 2021 on Better Energy Homes. Pay-out is on completion of works by an SEAI-registered installer.
Vacant Property Grant
Up to €50,000 (or €70,000 if derelict) towards refurbishing a home vacant for two or more years. Available nationwide.
Means-tested supports
Housing Adaptation Grants (up to €30k) and the Warmer Homes Scheme (free upgrade) are based on household income and qualifying social welfare payments.
